Vici Browning and Malcolm Down both won bronze medals at the British Masters Indoor Championships over the weekend.
After finishing fourth in the M60 800m on Saturday with a time of 2:28.96, Malcolm went one better in the 1500m on the Sunday, winning bronze in a time of 5:20.89. Vici won her bronze in the W45 800m in 2:40.88.
Darrell Wilde came close to winning his first British medal but was just held off (almost literally) in a battle for third place in his M55 400m race. He at least had the consolation of recording a pb, finishing in 61.10.
After his exploits in Braga, Stephen Terry-Short came 3rd in his M50 60m heat in 8.05 to make it through to the final as a fastest loser. He then came 6th in the final with 8.07. Stephen also competed in the 400m where he came 5th in his heat and 7th overall with a time of 61.06.
